I saw this video again today.

Still the smartest lesson in human perception.

It hits me every time:
We don’t see reality. We see our angle.
And a small shift can flip the whole story.

In the age of AI, this truth becomes brutal.
Two people can look at the same data, the same model, the same output —
and walk away with opposite conclusions.

Perspective isn’t a soft skill.
It’s a survival skill.

Only 3 days to go until Christmas in my Top 10 Christmas Countdown, where I'm sharing one of my own favourite Peak District festive photos every day until the big day.

The locals in Hathersage call this the 'Fairy Door', a completely unexpected and totally unnecessary doorway into a beautiful wood, chanced upon along a narrow path. In all seasons it feels slightly magical, and I defy anyone to walk through without a smile on their face, but with snow glistening from every branch, it's like entering Narnia.
