Lord please give me the discipline to do the things I don’t want to, courage to face the things I’m afraid of, and the strength to submit to your plan for me.
Lately, I’ve been learning that I’m not really introverted at all. That’s just a lie the enemy has used to keep me bound. I actually love sharing and experiencing life with others. Unfortunately, I’ve just been in more spaces that DON’T feel like home rather than those that DO.
The reason you’ve felt unseen, unheard, and undervalued was God’s divine protection. He’s covering you from what you’ve settled for so He can reveal you to what’s meant for you.
Releasing something/someone is one of the deepest forms of love. Yes I love you, but God loves you more. Yes it hurts, but God can heal. And even if we don’t return, I still want God’s best for you.
I want to be so confident in my walk with God that I don’t have to ask for signs to know if I’m doing the right thing. May what breaks His heart, break mine and the Holy Spirit lead every inch of my being. In Jesus name. Amen 🙏🏾
Depression is sleeping through the day in a dark room. Depression is ignoring calls/texts from family/friends. Depression is feeling lonely, but not wanting company. Depression is a disease. It’s called the silent killer for a reason. If you’re still here today, I love you.
self-sabotage is real, and is a pattern that takes time and patience to break out of. making sure past wounds don’t interfere with a good thing in front of you is difficult. it’s tempting to believe the narrative that you don’t deserve good things. but you do, and always will. 🫶🏽
