Today is 5th of September, @HDFC_Bank has blocked my account because of some daily transaction limit.
My EMIs are due today and the Bank has emailed me that they don’t care about my EMIs. I am sitting in the bank right now with all proofs, still they are saying it will take four days to activate my account.
I expect my EMIs will get bounced and my CIBIL score will go to drainage after 10 years of maintenance.
I can’t use my own hard earned money because of Bank’s incompetency and prolonged delays in responding to my urgent need ‼️
Who is responsible for this?
Do I have a valid case here to approach consumer tribunal?

We found another victim of pellet gun injury: 19-year-old Sahil Lochab, a resident of Najafgarh, who was hit by pellets on July 20, may lose vision in his right eye, operated upon at AIIMS, 1%chance of regaining vision, his family said.
