@nextofficial Hi Next, I’ve been having issues with Evri returns recently; had a couple of return orders not being collected from home as scheduled with no comms. Getting a bit frustrated with the service now.
@nextofficial ordered a 2 pack of chinos. Collected, opened - only 1 pair. Took back to store yest. Told to reorder. Just went to store to pick up - only 1 pair again. Warehouse fault x2. Told to call cust services. Absolutely no use & they told me to just order different chinos.

@nextofficial I am not happy. My Aunt's flowers that arrived in bits on Saturday for her Birthday on Sunday should have been replaced Monday. Didn't arrive. Was assured the replacement would arrive today. Still haven't arrived. Appalling customer service.
@nextofficial just had Evri collect my return but the parcel didn’t scan and I believe he did a manual input. However Evri site says they didn’t collect it and he’s taken the parcel. I’m not convinced it’s going to get credited back now. I have cctv and receipt though.
