@EtihadHelp All you can do is, give @makemytrip the confirmation to proceed with the booking as per the new scheduled we have aligned on. They mentioned that they are blocked on Etihad’s reply, and I have been hearing this for more than a month now.

Can you help with that at least?

@EtihadHelp I’m not interested in the refund. I have been requesting to give me tickets from Berlin, which is what I booked.

And if Etihad doesn’t fly from Berlin to Abu Dhabi anymore, I’m happy to travel with one extra stopover.

For the last 15 days, I've just been hearing that my tickets will be updated within 24 hours, and then a blame on Etihad for not responding.

It’s a pity that such brands are leading the market. My cousin had a similar issue like mine, and @goibibo solved his case in 4 days while MMT is still busy with false promises 🤷🏻‍♂️
