We are used to tweeting and even writing great long form content.
But one day you will be on stage or on a Zoom call and then the rules will be all different.
Here’s how to give a (great) talk 👇🏽

Do you have a public roadmap for your product?
It’s essential to build trust with your user community
GitHub does 👇🏽 (share yours if you do, in the replies below)
We just published the GitHub product roadmap so that you can see what we're building now: https://t.co/yw52tdjkdK
This will become more complete over time, and we'll keep it updated as things change.
We're excited about "working with the garage door open."
Feedback welcome!
Today I’ve met a founder who - at the end of each fundraising meeting - asks the potential investor to briefly pitch her company to her. She said it helps her get a feel for how aligned their visions are and how excited the investor really is. Pretty cool hack 😎
6. Think about making your numbers public and becoming an Open Startup.
This not only creates more trust with colleagues and customers, but is also great for marketing.
@baremetrics offers a curated list at https://t.co/mnNdxWPsgl.

What is the most interesting thing you learnt last week, which you would love to apply in future?
(Can be tech, product, user, team, biz, design, industry, ideas, strategy, process, ‘about myself’, productivity, success, peace, life, etc related)
Things not in control:
1. Clients paying on time
2. VCs liking the pitch
Things in control:
1. Continue building
2. Collecting inputs from users
Sustain till it becomes self-sustainable
