@jh3yy Fair, i do 1x5 with the goal being to condition myself towards the max lift, and be comfortable with 5 of them.

Word. Ive been incrementally adding each week since i properly started back at the gym 6 weeks ago. Started real low to make sure my old body could handle it.
Up to 90kg on the deadlift, and it feels fine, but im ok taking it 2.5kg at a time until i reach max. Havent felt close to max yet
