The reason many people can openly criticize religion online today is largely because societies built on free-speech traditions allow it.

In many places shaped by Christian history, criticizing Christianity rarely puts your life in danger.

But when it's left to Islam, we all know what would happen.

Christianity is the religion shielding others (atheism, etc) from being butchered and treated like the middle East countries.
