Iranian medical student Sepehr Amirzadeh, born in 2003, has reportedly been sentenced to death by the regime for providing medical aid to wounded protesters during Iran’s January national uprising.
He was arrested at his home in Isfahan on January 13, 2026, after treating injured protesters.
His life is at imminent risk.
In memory of Mohammad-Mehdi Khanmohammadi, his sister Sara is honoring his legacy in Fardis, Alborz Province. She is distributing food to those in need; carrying out the very act of kindness he had planned before he was killed by the regime.
His sister also laid flowers at the exact spot where he fell.
On January 8, 2026, Mohammad-Mehdi was shot while helping an injured protester during Iran's national uprising.
