Always a delight to hear @NandanNilekani's insights about what to build for India and why. What are the current challenges and opportunities! Great takeaways for founders building in 2025. 🚀

Tragedy dressed up as diligence is plaguing life sciences…
Pharma companies spend up to $1B a year in getting FDA approved content in front of doctors and patients. Creation to approval takes up to 12 weeks. Many still end up with a warning letter or a rejection from FDA.
AI came to the rescue to accelerate this process. Most general purpose AI can't make 100% medically accurate videos & documents. None can accurately animate what happens inside a human cell, or how a medical device functions inside the body. The path from 90% done to 100% ready ends up taking 2-3 weeks.
We built SwishX to close that gap. Not a tool. A platform built ground up to deliver Medically accurate, 100% MLR ready, Cinematic content across video, doc, web in under 45 minutes.
Thank you, @AnjaliJain97 and @Inc42, for yesterday’s feature (https://t.co/f7MbEYpBK6)
A lot has changed since we last spoke:
→ Shipped Finsen 3.2, our own reasoning model for delivering aesthetically accurate, medically grounded pharma commercial content
→ Crossed 25 enterprise customers, 35+ campaigns across global top 10 pharma, and India’s largest companies
→ Launched a brand new website - https://t.co/C1fkkuDFgI
→ Launching US this month, I’m relocating to NJ / NYC to lead it (happy to grab for a coffee and learn what you do)
Early US conversations have been extremely promising. The gap here is larger than we expected.
If you lead commercial, marketing, or medical affairs at a pharma or medtech company, let’s talk.
If you feel excited about amplifying our mission to deliver life saving drugs faster DM me.
The life sciences industry is $5 trillion.
Healthcare is not a vertical. It is the backbone of every economy on earth.
And pharma companies are still running it on Outlook, Excel, and WhatsApp.
Behind every drug moving from plant to patient, behind every medical rep chasing a 30-second appointment, behind every government RFP bid, there is a central commercial team flying completely blind. No data. No AI. Just gut feel deciding how the financial quarter shapes up.
We built @SwishX_hq to end that.
Today, we joined the inaugural @awscloud + @AnthropicAI's Agentic AI Accelerator from India. One of 40. The only commercial pharma startup in the cohort.
This prepares as well for our US market entry next quarter.
In 5 years, we intend to serve 10,000+ life sciences companies globally. Some will call that the largest vertical AI company in the world. We call it the impact we signed up for.
The frontier of AI just said this market is worth it.
We agree. We've always agreed.

if you're a B2B SaaS founder doing $500K-$10M ARR and this thread made you uncomfortable, that's the correct reaction.
15 min call with me. i'll show you exactly where you stand in AI search today.

i'm running experiments on this every day at kynetiq labs. across multiple B2B companies. learning things i genuinely can't find anywhere else on the internet.
could be wrong about the 18-month timeline. probably not.
Elon Musk thinks coding dies this year.
Not evolves. Dies.
By December, AI won’t need programming languages. It generates machine code directly. Binary optimized beyond anything human logic could produce. No translation. No compilation. Just pure execution.
Musk: “You don’t even bother doing coding.”
Code was never the point. It was friction. A tax we paid because machines didn’t speak human. AI just learned fluent human. The tax is gone.
Now plug that into Neuralink. No syntax. No keyboard. No screen.
Musk: “Imagination-to-software.”
Thought becomes executable. You imagine an outcome, the system architects and compiles it into reality instantly.
We’re not automating programming. We’re erasing it from existence.
The entire profession collapses into a thought. Decades of training reduced to irrelevance. The gap between idea and instantiation hits zero.
You don’t build anymore. You imagine, and it materializes.
Not incremental progress. Total phase shift. The way humans have created things for ten thousand years just became obsolete.
Welcome to a world where the limiting factor isn’t skill, resources, or time. It’s whether you can picture what you want clearly enough for a machine to birth it into existence.
Much of any digital job is now preparing context for AI models.
Organizing files in folders, naming everything correctly, introducing things in the right order, and only then asking the AI to do something in clear written English.
@LinkedInHelp I already DMed but got a generic response that didn’t address my actual issue. My account is restricted without explanation, and ID verification is broken. This is unacceptable for a platform meant for professionals. I need real help, not canned replies.
@LinkedInHelp With all due respect, telling users their case is “final” without explaining the actual violation or offering a working path to verification is not support. it’s deflection.
it’s a serious failure in user support and transparency.
