In a span of 3 days: Grok 4.6, Muse Glimmer, Nemotron 3.5 Lightning and DeepSeek V4 Pro 0813 dropped.

Few advances worth noting:
First post-training on these checkpoints are showing incredible results in a short amount of time. It could be overfitting to benchmarks but this kind of leap where Grok 4.6 is nearing Fable territory is impressive regardless.

Second, the 30B model is growing even more competitive but Qwen 3.6 27B and soon Qwen 3.8 27B still takes the reign. NVIDIA is focusing big time on inference throughput supporting MTP, DSpark, and DFlash. It also runs great on my DGX Spark at home.

Finally, open models are taking shape here in the US as more companies put out serious models that is starting to compete against Chinese labs that have largely dominated for some time.
