Imagine if millions of people bought millions of dollars worth of amazon shares because they thought the concept of online retail and next day delivery was amazing, but never actually used the service. That's most people investing in crypto right now...

@zutroneth This is all still a zero sum game though. If we want to seperate our space from the current model we should be aware of where our profits come from. Who is going to lose and how we can protect people that are vulnerable to hype, scams and rugs.

@zutroneth I don't think knowledge is driving this market at the moment bud. I get what you're saying but at some point for us to make money someone is gonna be left holding big bags for shit projects that should have never had idos. That's not a happy thought imo

@zutroneth Totally agree, and I do use most of the projects in invested in. Problem is when we start using some of these services we see how flawed an overvalued they are. That's sort of my main point around this. The disconnect between perceived and actual value.

@Si_gnhere That's horrific. It always amazes me how little British people know about Britain's responsibility for conflict in the middle East and Northern Ireland. Broad sweeping statement of course, and there are plenty who do but I'd wager most don't.

@DaggerOwlShield @FraktArt Love that point. So many discords are just full of people complaining. Rarely see people offer skills or services to the community or the project. If there's hundreds or thousands of people invested in a project and it fails, you weren't rugged, you were lazy.
