I went on a date tonight with a woman I've been in love with for more than a year.
She took a picture of me and sent it to me.
And I don't think I've ever looked happier in my life...
I'm such a dork.
Love is a ridiculous roller coaster, but I love the ride.
No matter what happens, l'll be okay.
The world has ended for me many times before, and somehow it always begins again. Some things are unfortunate.
Some are unnecessary. Some are exhausting. But life goes on, and every time it does, I'm reminded that I'm indestructible.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things.

Our government is reactive because they’re all out of touch with the lives of the people they’re meant to be serving.
Always reactive never ever proactive.
They’re out of touch with reality.
Live a life of conviction as a Christian.
Let there be things you refuse to do because they dishonour God.
Things you refuse to say because they do not represent Christ.
Things you refuse to take because they are not yours.
Things you refuse to watch because they corrupt your heart.
Places you refuse to go because they can draw you away from God.
Friendships you refuse to keep because they weaken your walk with Christ.
Have standards. Set boundaries. Know what you stand for.
Not everything is worth compromising your purity, your peace, or your walk with God.
Your principles cannot save you, but when your life is surrendered to Christ, your convictions should guide what you allow and what you walk away from.
Choose obedience when compromise is easier.
Choose holiness when the world says it does not matter.
Choose Christ, even when choosing Him costs you something.
A life truly surrendered to Christ should have boundaries.
I used to think praying in Jesus’ name was how you closed a prayer. Like a stamp you put on the envelope so it counts.
Then I actually read what He said. John 16. You ask the Father in My name. Not ask Me and hope the Father overhears. You go to the Father because the Son said you can.
That changed it for me.
The Father is not sitting there waiting on your résumé. He is not measuring how clean your week was. He is listening for His Son. You come in that name because that is the only name heaven already accepted.
That is why we pray in the name of Jesus. Not to sound spiritual. Because without Him we have no standing. With Him we do.
The same God who appeared to Adam in the cool of the day appeared to Abraham in the heat of the day.
Adam: “in the cool of the day…” — Genesis 3:8.
Abraham: “in the heat of the day…” — Genesis 18:1.
Think about that!
If Adam’s experience becomes your theology, you may conclude, “God comes in the cool.”
Then God shows up at Abraham’s tent in the heat!
God cannot be boxed into the conditions of His previous visitation.
He may come in the cool.
He may come in the heat.
He may come in the fire.
He may come in a still small voice.
He may come in a dream.
He may come through a man you almost overlooked.
THE FIRST RULE OF NOT MISSING YOUR VISITATION IS: NEVER TURN YOUR LAST VISITATION INTO A FORMULA.
One of the greatest dangers of an encounter with God is assuming that because you have encountered Him, you now know exactly how He must come.
God is consistent in character, but incredibly diverse in expression.
The burning bush was Moses’ encounter—not everybody’s formula.
The whirlwind was Elijah’s experience—but God was not in the wind.
The star led the wise men—but angels spoke to the shepherds.
Paul encountered Christ through a blinding light on the Damascus road; Timothy was formed through Scripture, family influence and apostolic impartation.
SAME GOD. DIFFERENT METHODS.
Do not become so loyal to the cool of yesterday that you miss God standing in the heat of today.
Sometimes we are praying, “Lord, do it again!”
And God is saying, “Recognise Me again!”
Because visitation is not merely about recognising a method.
IT IS ABOUT RECOGNISING GOD—EVEN WHEN HE CHANGES THE METHOD.
Abraham did not say, “This cannot be God; it is too hot!”
He discerned the visitation in conditions that did not look convenient for visitation.
That is maturity.
Never worship the temperature of your last encounter.
Never make a doctrine out of the weather in which God last met you.
God cannot be boxed.
Stay discerning.
Your next visitation may not look anything like your last one.
at the very core of journalism ethics is the responsibility to minimise harm. I genuinely cannot understand how this was considered an appropriate headline in a story of this nature. a missing woman is not a plot twist, and her family’s anguish is not a headline hook.
NEVER EVER let an ungodly thought settle in your mind. Kill it with the word of God. You must VIOLENTLY guard your heart against satan’s gimmicks. If he succeeds in planting the wrong seed in your heart, he has conquered you from within. Guard your heart. Guard what you hear, see and say! Audit your circle deliberately!
