Hello everyone,
From tomorrow, i am committing myself to challenge : #changechallenge
RULES :
1. Posting daily on X.
2. Waking up before 6.
3. Workout daily
4. Spend time on one hobby.
@orangebook We all are creative in our own ways.
To utilise this creativity we need a way & that way can only we realised in silence.
Be silent and see how ideas flow in your mind.
Day 30: #changechallenge
1. Woke up at 5 AM.
2. Did cycling, strength workout.
3. Went out with family.
No matter how many times i fail, I am gonna get up and again give my 100%.
30 - days completed of this challenge.
Gonna upload lessons tomorrow.
@orangebook I am 22 now,
One of the few things that i have realised is:
Happiness, true happiness comes with slow things, things that take time to build.
Moments spended with loved ones.
Finding the balance.
Boredom is the answer to that ig.
Day 29 : #changechallenge
1. Woke up at 5.30.
2. Did strength training workout.
3. Listened to music.
This life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. Let us just do that.
Day 27 & 28 : #changechallenge
1. Woke up around 6 both days.
2. Was not able to workout.
3. Played volleyball.
Reminder: Not all days are same, on some days you feel on top of world and that you figured all out.
On next day you might feel, you know nothing.
Just keep goung on.
Day 25 & 26: #changechallenge
1. Woke up around 6 both days.
2. Did 1 hr strength training both days.
3. Spended time playing volleyball.
What you are seeking, is seeking you.
Keep working hard, until you do jot get it do not stop.
Peace is a state of mind.
We can be calm in crowded room and also troubled with our thoughts in a quite room, alone.
It is not about people around us, it is about our mind with us.
Day 24: #changechallenge
1. Woke up at 6.30.
2. Did strength workout.(arms)
3. Studied book & explored some games.
Peace comes with service and hardwork only.
@orangebook We have forgotten to rest properly.
Even when we are resting we are guilty of it.
Proper rest can calm us, charge our mind in such a way that nothing else can do.
Perception is everything.
If you think you are the victim, everything bad is happening only with you.
Change the way you look at the situation, and life will be changed.
For some moment look at people who are struggling even to have the bare minimum.
Accept & move on.
One thing that i have realised over time is,
Your company with whom you spend most time is the most important thing.
It can make or break you.
It can push you to come out of your comfort zone or it can make you get stuck in one place.
Day 22: #changechallenge
1. Woke up at 8.
2. Walked 2k steps.
3. Watched anime.
It was one of slow days, last 2 days were very hectic. So took lil rest.
To observe : how often do we take rest, without guilt of taking rest?🤔
