I have purchased airtel Fiber plan for 999 and when I asked the details and benefits at that time CR Deepak informed me you will get Hotstar Premium plan in this package. But the plan is showing as super (1/2)

First education your team then educate the customer. I want VIP service as per the CR confirmed to me at the time of purchase
