@SunwingVacay Multiple Sunwing agents were unable to put us on closest flight bc there was only 1 supervisor on shift and the communications department also told them not to rebook. My travel agent also had no luck with Sunwing. #sunwing #sunwingfail #sunwingvacation

@westjet Tix for SJC to LAX was cancelled by your agent (connecting LAX to YYZ) bc agent did not scan his tix for arriving flight. It appeared he never landed in SJC (which he did). How MESSSED UP is that to have no record of passenger on your plane? #westjetfail #dotnflywestjet
