Still no luggage from @SunwingVacay.Local rep called Montego Bay airport — confirmed it wasn’t even sent on April 28, though it should’ve arrived on April 27. Baggage dept says it’s there & cleared customs. Conflicting info, no accountability. #SunwingFail #TravelNightmare

@SunwingVacay Im travelling with 4 toddler so paid extra $200pp to have decent flight time to avoid tantrums. Flight delayed 2x without explanation & scheduled at time that voids refunds. Now have to wake toddlers up at 3am. #sunwing #sunwingfail #badbusiness @CP24 @CBCNews

@JbnJack @SunwingVacay I’m hearing a lot of «I can’t speak to the specifics… » Umm, why do you think you’re there?! Maybe do your homework Corrado. When passengers are stuck on the tarmac for more than 7 hours, it’s YOUR JOB to know the specifics. #SunwingFail
