I’m companion pass holder, A List Preferred, seated in the 2nd row. How am I in group 2 boarding? I had to put my bag 3 rows behind me. @SouthwestAir how does that make any sense?

@SouthwestAir If you want to be a full service airline, act like it. The first 5 rows should all be boarded group 1 just like every other full service airline. Minus first class of course since you’ll never offer that.
