@Codie_Sanchez Residential Real Estate - easy, low barrier to entry, someone else is paying the mortgage down, all the while I get to depreciate it for 27.5 yrs. Seems to work well with inflation (so far) tell me another investment class that doesn’t start to deplete when you take distribution
