@JioCare I've made a payment to upgrade Amazon Prime Membership through My Jio app. The payment was done on the 16th and it's still not upgraded. Your customer support team doesn't have any idea about this issue. I've been following up with them since yesterday.

@JioCare It's been over 15 days today. I spoke to Amazon customer support and they said ask Jio to track the payment by Bank reference ID. The payment is sent to Jio by them. You guys need to do something for this. I'm really frustrated by this issue.
@JioCare I have specified this in my replies, TPA says the payment is completed and sent to Jio. You sending me the same message in DM won't make any difference. Either help me with the upgrade of Amazon Prime Membership or send me the refund.
@JioCare Neither Jio nor Amazon Pay knows where the money is. Amazon says it has gone to Jio and Jio says they never received it and they don't even see it in their systems.
@JioCare This is pathetic. Every time a new person comments without reading the context. This is how Jio's service is. Today is the 5th day and still no refund nor I have received the services. I don't even know where my money has gone.

@JioCare@amazonIN Their customer support says they say the payment is processed to Jio from their end which you can see in the screenshot above. What I don't see is, My Jio app doesn't have any record of that payment while the payment was initiated from My Jio app.
