the worst part is she is friends with the ED. so whatever this girl says, the ED takes as true! like no honey, she was trained perfectly! not only by me but by the RSC ANDDD the regional nurse! take accountability for your actions instead of making excuses.

she has been here for way too long to still use that excuse for not doing stuff. it’s not an easy job, but it’s also not rocket science. if you can’t process a lot of information, take fucking notes & always carry them to look back on when you’re unsure!

so for this girl saying “i wasn’t trained properly “ is diabolical! i’m still training her on a daily. i always tell people to take notes cos it’s A LOT. i’ll slowly walk them thru & even repeat myself. if they don’t get it, i elaborate and give examples.
