I had booked a ride form Delhi airport to Gurgaon drop via CRN4623007042. Ola driver given ride to someone else from Delhi airport to Noida. Complained to your call center same day. Now 1070 is shown outstanding. Please help to correct urgently.

How come driver start the trip while riding someone else and without OTP please investigate, this is safety issue as well. If possible please share the telephone number of concerned.

Strict punishment should be handed out to those responsible for this travesty. Just because they are helpless migrants someone in Bareilly thought is okay to ‘disinfect’ them in this inhuman fashion. Cannot use chemicals given to fire brigade to sanitise buses on human beings!
