I really don’t like to complain, but @BestBuySupport I had the hands down WORST experience. I had to get a camera lens fixed that was 1 year old & it took 2 months to fix it, multiple calls, they couldn’t fix it, and now can’t reimburse the full value to actually buy a new one.

@BestBuy I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years and experienced little to no effort on Best Buy’s behalf on multiple levels of mgmt: Managers, Corporate numbers, customer service, I even talked to shipping, etc. MAKE IT RIGHT. I can’t afford to get the same lens I just bought.
