I was long in xauusd with 5 lots and added 2 more lot for buy side but by mistake I sold 2 lots which went unnoticed for 15 mins and as soon as i realised I exited it and entered for long side

Can this be considered as one time mistake and I can continue my trading

Hi sir,
Your company @AsirvadM office is my house from 2017. According to the rental agreement the rent was increasing at a rate of 10% for next 2 years and then 5% for a year. And after that the RM told they will be increasing 15% after 3 years. Now when the time came to increase the rent they increased only 5%.
We have given them 3 BHK flat and a balcony. There are 10-12 members who stay in the Flat and during the summer time they sleep on the terrace. We have given them the free parking as well for all the vehicles.

Now my question when the RM told us they will increase 15% after 3 years we agreed and now they are telling 5% and also from last 2 months the rent was not paid by the company. The security was also adjusted during lockdown.

We adjusted according to the demand of the RM of Aurangabad Bihar but now he is being unfair. The inflation rate is around 6% every year and that has not been adjusted with rent from last 3 years.

I know it is a small thing for you but do check on this. This is happening in smaller city and also your employees have been taking bribe from the people who are coming to take loan. We have alot of proofs as well to prove the same

The worst broker in INDIA.
My friend had opened account there 2 years back and she was told while opening the accounts the charges are minimal like 20rs per order.

This week I traded in her account and made approx 30k profit and after sometime when she checked it was showing a loss of 1.8 lakh as the brokerage which was deducted was 2.1 lakh as they had charged ₹95/lot, which we were not aware about it as it was told during the account opening, it will be 20/ order

Who the hell charges brokerages on lot size. None of the broker can do such scam.

The sales person gives wrong information while opening the account and when I spoke to customer care they told me that I should have confirmed brokerage from them. I mean how can you expect to confirm the brokerage plan again from customer care when the icici direct representative had told it is 20/ order.

Even after requesting so much. They are not even doing anything. We are ready to go ahead with whatever the plan you have which is having less brokerage and after the deducting the never charges they can refund the remaining amount and for that also they are not ready.

The biggest mistake of my life was to trade in ICICI Direct.

Such an unfair practice done by sales person for achieving the target and giving ISECURE Plan for which she was not even aware.

These kind of practices are crap. Traders are already irritated with STT charges and now ICICI had charged this much charge.

I know you will be saying you can go for neo plan and that’s what I was informed that brokerage plan will be like 20/ order and not 95/lot.

Atleast give some solution @ICICI_Direct . Refund the money as the brokerage charges are with you not with sebi.

If @ICICI_Direct is not going to give solutions by day end
