उत्तर प्रदेश में लगभग 20000 संविदा कर्मचारियों को छटनी के नाम पर बाहर निकाला गया है आज जो कर्मचारी बचे हैं वह अपनी क्षमता से 5 गुना अधिक कार्य कर रहे हैं जिस कारण कई संविदा कर्मचारियों की कार्य के दबाव व मानसिक तनाव के कारण दुर्घटना भी हो रही है जो बहुत ही दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।
आज पावर कारपोरेशन में लगभग 73000 नियमित स्वीकृत पद हैं इसके सापेक्ष वर्तमान में सिर्फ 29000 ही पद भरे हुए हैं 43000 से अधिक पद रिक्त पड़े हुए है, पावर कॉरपोरेशन प्रबंधन की लापरवाही के कारण पिछले 4 वर्षों से किसी भी प्रकार की कोई नई भर्ती नहीं हुई है। इसके अलावा ऊर्जा प्रबंधन द्वारा पूरे प्रदेश में 2 वर्षों से तानाशाही रवैया बनाते हुए बिना किसी का पक्ष सुने बड़ी संख्या में निर्दोष अभियंताओं को निलंबित किया गया है, बड़ी संख्या में अभियंताओं को चार्जशीट देकर उनको पदोन्नति से वंचित किया गया है, ट्रांसफार्मर डैमेज पर मनमाने तरीके से नियम-10 के नोटिस देकर उनके वेतन से कटौती की जा रही है, बिना किसी बात के कारण ही एडवर्स एंट्री के दंड दिए गए हैं, इन सबको देखते हुए बड़ी संख्या में अभियंता, कर्मचारी एवं संविदा कर्मचारी अपने आप को उत्पीड़ित महसूस कर रहे हैं, उनकी कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है, इसके बावजूद भी बिजली कर्मी प्रदेश वासियों को निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए दिन-रात कार्य कर रहे हैं।
आज अगर प्रदेश की बिजली व्यवस्था पटरी से उतर रही है तो इसका जिम्मेदार सिर्फ पावर कारपोरेशन का शीर्ष प्रबंधन है और उसकी मनमानी नीतियों है।
माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री @myogiadityanath जी से अनुरोध है कि प्रदेश की जनता के व्यापक हित में सभी बाहर निकाले गए संविदा कर्मचारियों को काम पर वापस लिया जाए, बिजली कर्मियों पर की गई उत्पीड़न की सभी कार्रवाइयों को समाप्त किया जाए, पिछले 4 वर्षों से रुकी हुई सभी रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती प्रारंभ की जाए, वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग और मीटिंग पर मीटिंग का खेल बंद कर धरातल स्तर पर प्रभावी रूप से कार्य किया जाए और ऊर्जा निगमों में बेहतर कार्य का वातावरण स्थापित किया जाए, जिससे सभी विद्युत व्यवधानों को कम से कम समय में दूर करते हुए प्रदेशवासियों को निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करायी जा सके।

Ideally, 33% women's reservations was to be done in 2024 LS elections itself. It wasn't.

Then, the right order should have been
1) 2021 Census (including Caste Census)
2) Delimitation (basis 2021)
3) Women's reservation (basis 2021)
4) 2029 Elections

The order being tried now is
1) Women's reservation (basis 2011, without caste census)
2) Census 2021 and 3) Delimitation
4) 2029 Elections

Where 1 is being used to manage 2 and 3 cunningly, so that 4 can be controlled one-sided.

This morning, I was reading Chapter 15 of the Bhagavad Gita. One thought stayed with me. “Have courage. Stay humble. Do your duty without attachment.” Life tested this.

Some years ago, Shri Jaiprakash Gaur, who built Jaypee Group, came to meet me in London. He had built an empire over his lifetime with hard work and vision. He reached out more than once. He wrote to me. His only wish was simple that what he had built should go into safe hands and be taken forward with the right intent. He even wrote me letters in Hindi, in his own words, expressing his trust. At that time, we could not proceed.

Recently, the asset went into a public auction by CoC in the IBC process. Many strong bidders participated. Suddenly, the sentiment and wishes of Jaiprakash Gaur ji came rushing back to me. One by one, everyone dropped out of the bidding. Finally, we were declared the highest bidder publicly.

It was a transparent process. We were informed in writing that we had won. But life is never so simple. After some days, the decision was changed. Don’t want to go into the details. That is for the right forum. But I want to share something from my heart.

We have no attachment to this asset. If it comes, it is God’s grace. If it goes, that is also his wish. But one thing we believe strongly. When something is promised in dharma, it should not be taken back. In our scriptures also, we see this again and again. Truth, commitment, and fairness are above everything.

So, what should one do? Gita gives a simple answer - do your duty, with courage, but without anger or attachment. That is what we will do. We will place the facts in the right way. We will follow the right path.

आज हरदीप पुरी जी ने एक ट्वीट कर बताया कि पेट्रोल-डीजल पर Excise duty 10 रुपए कम कर दी गई है।

लेकिन इसका मतलब ये नहीं है कि हम पेट्रोल लेने जाएंगे तो 10 रुपए सस्ता मिलेगा।

ये राहत सिर्फ ऑयल मार्केटिंग कंपनियों को दी गई है, वहीं आम जनता पेट्रोल के लिए वही कीमत देगी जो कल दे रही थी।

मई 2014 में जब मनमोहन जी की सरकार चुनाव हारी तो कच्चे तेल की कीमत 106.94 डॉलर प्रति बैरल थी, तब पेट्रोल 71 रुपए लीटर के आसपास मिलता था। वहीं, डीजल की कीमत 56 रुपए लीटर के पास थी।

अब पश्चिम एशिया में युद्ध से पहले कच्चे तेल की कीमत 70 डॉलर प्रति बैरल थी, फिर भी आपको पेट्रोल के लिए 95 रुपए खर्च करने पड़ रहे थे।

जो पेट्रोल 60 रुपए लीटर मिलना चाहिए, उसके लिए आप 95 रुपए दे रहे हैं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि पिछले साढ़े 11 साल में मोदी सरकार ने 12 बार Excise duty बढ़ाई है।

इस हिसाब से सरकार ने हर दिन करीब 982 करोड़ रुपए की कमाई की है। मतलब- उपभोक्ताओं को राहत न तब मिली थी और न अब मिलेगी।

मोदी सरकार हमारी ही खाल उतारकर, उसकी जूती बनाकर हमें ही पहना रही है और इसे एहसान बता रही है। यह है इस सरकार की खोखली ऊर्जा नीति।

Why Sarvam AI's success isn't trivial
(My full analysis of India's first sovereign AI stack)

Sarvam is India's true sovereign AI tech stack, and is solving problems that global frontier LLMs ignore, or are unable to. Good!

1) Success from within a poor ecosystem In a world totally dominated by American and Chinese AI models, an Indian company building a self-dependent stack of AI technology, and launching commercially available suite of AI products, deserves compliments. The Indian AI ecosystem is currently structurally optimized for adoption and integration, not frontier creation. Indian AI companies are limited not by intelligence or ambition, but by six factors: Compute access, Data moats, Research depth, Product-first incentives, Platform dependency, and weak institutional AI infrastructure.

2) Sarvam’s new 105-Billion parameter Mixture-of-Experts model (MoE) has a 128K context window but only activates 9B parameters at a time. That is a high technological performance. Unlike other US/Chinese models, it processes Hindi, Tamil, or Bengali just as fast and cheaply as English. Sarvam claims its latest releases are genuine foundation models, pretrained from first principles instead of being distilled, adapted, or transfer-learned from existing frontier models.

3) What is Sarvam It is an India-first, full-stack AI platform building sovereign large language, speech, translation, vision, and edge models. It is optimized for Indic languages, code-mixed speech, low-latency deployment, and governance. Sarvam integrates training, inference, tooling, and deployment for population-scale applications. It operates under data-sovereignty, privacy, and cost constraints across public and enterprise systems now.

4) What makes Sarvam non-trivial is not that it matches GPT or Gemini on generic benchmarks but it doesn’t need to. Sarvam is solving a problem global labs structurally ignore: token inefficiency, code-mixed speech, dialect noise, OCR over messy Indian documents, and edge deployment across unreliable networks.

5) What Sovereign AI means A Sovereign AI Stack aligns national compute, data sovereignty, foundation models, secure platforms, and citizen-facing applications into one trusted ecosystem. It ensures local control over infrastructure. It follows compliant data governance, culturally grounded models, safe deployment across cloud and edge. Its goal is real-world impact for public services, enterprises, and strategic national priorities.
If you are not a sovereign AI stack, you are a dependency stack: models, data, compute, and platforms controlled by external providers. You assemble capabilities from global clouds and APIs, inherit foreign governance, pricing, and policy constraints, and remain exposed to outages, sanctions, data residency conflicts, and shifting terms of access.

6) A quick definition of leading models
Sarvam: India-first stack (LLM + speech + translation + vision + edge) optimized for Indic languages, voice, population-scale cost/latency, and sovereign deployment.
GPT-5.2 (OpenAI): Flagship generalist "frontier" model family; leads in autonomous agentic workflows and complex multi-step planning. Features a dedicated Thinking mode for deep reasoning and a 400k token context window in the API (with perfect recall up to 256k).
Claude Opus 4.6 (Anthropic): Premier high-intelligence model for expert-level coding and legal/financial reasoning. Known for superior "agentic endurance" and consistency in long-running tasks. Features a 1M token context window (currently in beta) and a massive 128k output limit.
Gemini 3 Pro (Google): State-of-the-art native multimodal model; reasons across text, audio, image, and video (up to 1 hour) in a single prompt. Optimized for massive workloads with a 1M token standard context (2M available for Enterprise) and deep integration into the Google Antigravity agentic stack.

7) Quick “which should I choose” guide
Choose Sarvam if your core problem is India language + voice + cost/latency + sovereignty/edge deployment.
Choose GPT-5.2 if you want a top-tier generalist for coding + tool-using agents + long-context across enterprise knowledge work.
Choose Claude Opus 4.6 if you want deep reasoning + huge context and strong “careful planning” for complex workflows.
Choose Gemini 3 Pro if you need native multimodal + massive context and you’re already in Google’s ecosystem (Vertex, Workspace, etc.).

8. Details on Sarvam As of February 19, 2026, Sarvam AI has solidified its position as the cornerstone of India’s "Sovereign AI" movement. Sarvam AI was founded in August 2023 by Dr. Vivek Raghavan (ex-Aadhaar/Nilekani) and Dr. Pratyush Kumar (ex-Microsoft Research/AI4Bharat) in Bengaluru, with the stated mission of building “AI for all from India” and a full-stack AI platform developed, deployed, and governed in India. Its early positioning (2023) was a “Full-stack” + India-first model. That didn't work out and it pivoted. Its sovereign AI dream began via Government selection, in Apr 2025 for the IndiaAI Mission. Sarvam announced it was selected by the Government of India under the IndiaAI Mission to build India’s sovereign LLM, “capable of reasoning, designed for voice, fluent in Indian languages,” intended for secure population-scale deployment. The Big new LLMs dropped Feb 18, 2026, when Sarvam-30B + Sarvam-105B arrived. It announced 30B and 105B parameter models trained for Indian languages; reporting 32k context for 30B and 128k tokens for 105B (as reported), and positioning them as competitive against several global peers in their size band.

9) Where Sarvam stands (Feb 19, 2026 view) – Sarvam is now one of the most visible “India-first” stacks spanning text + speech + vision + edge, and it is formally inside the IndiaAI sovereign model push (selected startup). This places it alongside other IndiaAI-backed efforts and not “just another app-layer wrapper.”

10) Global comparison: where it’s strong
Indic speech + code-mix realism: Saaras V3 is explicitly trained/evaluated for noisy, code-mixed Indian speech and reports strong IndicVoices results.
Indic translation breadth: Sarvam-Translate targets all 22 Scheduled languages and structured documents (a frequent real-world pain point).
Model-to-product integration: Sarvam’s docs show a coherent lineup (ASR/TTS/translation/chat/document intelligence) designed for deployable workflows.

11) Global comparison: where it’s still constrained / not “magic”
Not a frontier replacement in everything: Even with 30B/105B, global frontier labs still lead at the extreme end (tool ecosystems, safety research depth, multi-domain breadth). Sarvam’s advantage is India-first specialization more than “beat everyone at everything.”
Language quality variance is real: Sarvam itself documents uneven performance for some lower-resource languages and structured long-form formats.
On-device tradeoffs: Edge models are intentionally smaller; they win on privacy/latency/cost, but will lag big cloud models on deep reasoning and open-ended generation.

12) How it beats some leading AI models
Sarvam does heavyweight AI reasoning power at a fraction of the running cost. Their new 105-Billion parameter Mixture-of-Experts model (MoE) has a 128K context window but only activates 9B parameters at a time. It can comprehend messy invoices, complex tables, and local PDFs better than US models. That is because Sarvam Vision hits a good 93.28% accuracy on OmniDocBench, outperforming frontier models like Gemini 3 Pro, ChatGPT, and DeepSeek. Unlike other US/Chinese models, it processes Hindi, Tamil, or Bengali just as fast and cheaply as English. Global models use 4-8 tokens per word for Indian languages. Sarvam slashes this to 1.4-2.1 across all 22 official languages. That is how token fertility is managed.

13) Summary Sarvam is India’s reply to the massive new AI market dominated by US, Europe and China. It needs government support to scale globally. It also needs constant research and development to stay in the race, and win customer confidence. Sarvam, today, remains India’s true sovereign AI bet.

विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश ने आरोप लगाया है कि पांच शहरों की वर्टिकल रिस्ट्रक्चरिंग कर पूर्वांचल एवं दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगमों के समानांतर इन शहरों के निजीकरण की भी तैयारी चल रही है। निजीकरण के विरोध में लगातार चल रहे आंदोलन के 295 वें दिन आज बिजली कर्मियों ने प्रदेश के समस्त जनपदों में जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।
विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश के केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों ने आज यहां कहा कि विदित हुआ है कि पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम एवं दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण के आरएफपी डॉक्यूमेंट पर विद्युत नियामक आयोग द्वारा लगाई गई आपत्तियों का जवाब तैयार कर लिया गया है और आरएफपी डॉक्यूमेंट के अनुमोदन के लिए पावर कॉरपोरेशन किसी भी समय विद्युत नियामक आयोग में जा सकता है जिससे निजीकरण की प्रक्रिया तीव्र गति से आगे बढ़ाई जा सके।
संघर्ष समिति ने विद्युत नियम आयोग के अध्यक्ष श्री अरविंद कुमार से अपील की है कि यदि पावर कारपोरेशन का निजीकरण का आरएफपी डॉक्यूमेंट अनुदान के लिए आता है तो पहले तो उसे अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाए और अगर उस पर चर्चा भी की जाती है तो उसके पहले विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रतिनिधियों से चर्चा की जाए क्योंकि निजीकरण से बिजली कर्मचारियों का भविष्य अंधकारमय होने जा रहा है।
संघर्ष समिति ने आरोप लगाया है कि पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम एवं दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण के समानांतर उत्तर प्रदेश के पांच अन्य शहरों के निजीकरण की तैयारी भी अंदर-अंदर की जा रही है। संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि कानपुर, मेरठ, अलीगढ़, बरेली और लखनऊ शहर की बिजली व्यवस्था का ऊर्ध्वाधर पुनर्गठन (वर्टिकल रिस्ट्रक्चरिंग) करने के पीछे मुख्य उद्देश्य इन शहरों की बिजली व्यवस्था का निजीकरण किया जाना है।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि पावर कारपोरेशन के अध्यक्ष डॉक्टर आशीष गोयल जो ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन के महामंत्री के रूप में काम करने में अधिक रुचि ले रहे हैं, उन्होंने आल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन की वेबसाइट पर निजीकरण पर अपनी उपलब्धियां गिनाने के क्रम में स्वयं एक नया पॉइंट जोड़ा है जिसमें इस बात को लिखा है कि पूर्वांचल विद्युत निगम और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण के साथ सुधार हेतु कानपुर, मेरठ, अलीगढ़, बरेली और लखनऊ की बिजली व्यवस्था की वर्टिकल रिस्ट्रक्चरिंग की जा रही है। इससे बिल्कुल साफ हो जाता है कि इन शहरों के निजीकरण की साथ-साथ तैयारी चल रही है।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि सरकारी क्षेत्र में रहते हुए देश के जिन शहरों में भी बिजली व्यवस्था में सर्वाधिक सुधार किया गया उनमें से किसी भी शहर में इस प्रकार तुगलकी फरमान जारी कर वर्टिकल रिस्ट्रक्चरिंग जैसी विचित्र व्यवस्था नहीं लागू की गई। संघर्ष समिति ने उदाहरण देकर कहा बेंगलुरु, पटियाला, पुणे, हैदराबाद, विजयवाड़ा, विशाखापत्तनम, गुड़गांव, हिसार आदि ऐसे कई शहर है जहां बिजली व्यवस्था में गुणात्मक सुधार किया गया है और यह सब सरकारी क्षेत्र में चल रही व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत ही किए गए हैं।
बिजली के निजीकरण का विरोध में लगातार चल रहे आंदोलन के 295 वें दिन आज बिजली कर्मियों ने वाराणसी, आगरा, मेरठ, कानपुर, गोरखपुर, मिर्जापुर, आजमगढ़, बस्ती, अलीगढ़, मथुरा, एटा, झांसी, बांदा, बरेली, देवीपाटन, अयोध्या, सुल्तानपुर, सहारनपुर, मुजफ्फरनगर, बुलंदशहर, नोएडा, गाजियाबाद, मुरादाबाद में बड़ी सभाएं कर जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।

विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश ने आज यहां कहा कि कल दिल्ली में केंद्रीय ऊर्जा मंत्री जी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित ग्रुप ऑफ मिनिस्टर्स की बैठक में उत्तर प्रदेश की बिजली व्यवस्था में हुए अप्रत्याशित सुधार की चर्चा की गई । मीटिंग में बिजली की तकनीकी और वाणिज्यिक हानि में निरंतर कमी की सराहना की गयी है जिसकी पुष्टि प्रदेश के ऊर्जा मंत्री मा अरविन्द कुमार शर्मा जी द्वारा सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से स्वयं की गई है।
संघर्ष समिति ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी से मांग की है कि जब सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र में रहते हुए एटीएंडसी हानियों में काफी गुणात्मक कमी हुई है और प्रदेश में पूर्व में हुए आगरा और ग्रेटर नोएडा का निजीकरण का प्रयोग विफल हो गया है तथा निजीकरण में हुए घोटाले व देश में अन्य जगहों पर निजीकरण के विफल प्रयोग को देखते हुए पूर्वांचल और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण की प्रक्रिया तत्काल निरस्त की जानी चाहिए।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि पावर कॉरपोरेशन कथित घाटे का हवाला देते हुए पूर्वांचल और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण की दलील दे रहा है।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि पावर कारपोरेशन का प्रबंधन घाटे को लेकर इतना संवेदनशील है तो उसे सबसे पहले आगरा का फ्रेंचाइजी करार तत्काल रद्द कर देना चाहिए,जिसके चलते पावर कारपोरेशन को प्रति वर्ष 1000 करोड रुपए का नुकसान हो रहा है । संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि ए टी एंड डी हानियां के गलत आंकड़ों के कारण से टोरेंट पावर को बहुत सस्ती दरों पर पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन बिजली दे रहा जिससे विगत 14 वर्षों में 3432 करोड रुपए की हानि हो चुकी है।
विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश के केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि काम करने के बावजूद बिजली कर्मचारियों को लगातार तीन माह तक वेतन नहीं दिया जाना यह बहुत ही गंभीर उत्पीड़नात्मक कार्यवाही है और पूरी तरह अमानवीय है। संविदा कर्मियों को बड़े पैमाने पर हटाए जाने से विभिन्न जनपदों में प्रदेश की बिजली व्यवस्था पर इसका विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।निजीकरण किये जाने हेतु बिजली कर्मचारियों पर बड़े पैमाने पर की गई उत्पीड़नात्मक कार्यवाहियों के वापस न लिये जाने से बिजली कर्मियों में भारी गुस्सा व्याप्त है।
पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण के विरोध में आज लगातार 293 वें दिन बिजली कर्मियों ने प्रदेश भर में समस्त जनपदों पर व्यापक विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और संकल्प व्यक्त किया कि जब तक निजीकरण का फैसला निरस्त नहीं किया जाता और समस्त उत्पीड़नात्मक कार्यवाहियां वापस नहीं ली जाती तब तक बिजली कर्मी लगातार आंदोलन जारी रखेंगे।

निजीकरण के पहले वर्टिकल सिस्टम के नाम पर हजारों पदों को समाप्त कर बिजली व्यवस्था पटरी से उतारने की साजिश : केवल लेसा में लगभग 8000 पद समाप्त करने के निर्णय से बिजली कर्मियों में भारी गुस्सा
विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश ने कहा है कि पावर कारपोरेशन का शीर्ष प्रबंधन निजीकरण के नाम पर वर्टिकल सिस्टम लागू कर रहा है और इसके बहाने बिजली कर्मियों के हजारों पद समाप्त किया जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि अकेले लेसा में ही 8000 से अधिक पद समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
संघर्ष समिति ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री से अपील की है कि वह मनमाने ढंग से हजारों पदों को समाप्त करने के मामले में तत्काल प्रभावी हस्तक्षेप करें अन्यथा पावर कार्पोरेशन प्रबंधन उत्तर प्रदेश की बिजली व्यवस्था ध्वस्त कर देने पर आमादा है।
संघर्ष समिति के केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि लेसा में 2055 नियमित पद और लगभग 6000 संविदा कर्मियों के पद मनमाने ढंग से समाप्त पर पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन प्रबन्धन प्रदेश की राजधानी की बिजली व्यवस्था पटरी से उतारने का काम कर रहा है जिसका उपभोक्ता सेवा पर बहुत प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ने जा रहा है।
संघर्ष समिति ने बताया की वर्तमान में लेसा में अधीक्षण अभियंता स्तर के 12 पद स्वीकृत है उन्हें घटाकर आठ किया जा रहा है, अधिशासी अभियंता स्तर के 50 पद स्वीकृत है उन्हें घटाकर 35 किया जा रहा है, सहायक अभियंता स्तर के 109 पद स्वीकृत उन्हें घटाकर 86 किया जा रहा है, अवर अभियंता स्तर के 287 पर स्वीकृत है उन्हें घटाकर 142 किया जा रहा है और टीजी 2 के 1852 पर स्वीकृति उन्हें घटाकर 503 किया जा रहा है।
इसके अतिरिक्त लेखा संवर्ग में अकाउंटेंट के 104 पद हैं उन्हें घटाकर 53 किया जा रहा है, एग्जीक्यूटिव अस्सिटेंट के 686 पद हैं उन्हें घटाकर 280 किया जा रहा है और कैंप असिस्टेंट के 74 पद हैं उन्हें लगभग समाप्त कर 12 किया जा रहा है ।
संघर्ष समिति ने बताया कि पद समाप्त करने और छटनी के मामले में सबसे बड़ी मार संविदा कर्मियों पर पड़ रही है। संविदा कर्मियों के छह हजार से अधिक पद समाप्त किए जा रहे हैं।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार मध्यांचल में,लेसा और केस्को में और पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम में हजारों मत समाप्त किये जा रहे हैं उससे बिजली कर्मियों की यह आशंका और बलवती हो गई है की संपूर्ण ऊर्जा क्षेत्र का निजीकरण किया जा जाने वाला है। पूर्वांचल और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम तो शुरुआत मात्र है। इससे बिजली कर्मियों का गुस्सा और बढ़ गया है।
निजीकरण हेतु किये जा रहे उत्पीड़न और पदों को समाप्त करने की कार्यवाही के विरोध में आज प्रदेश के समस्त जनपदों पर बिजली कर्मचारियों ने जोरदार प्रदर्शन कर अपना आक्रोश व्यक्त किया।

विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उत्तर प्रदेश ने आज खुलासा किया कि विगत 03 जून 2025 को उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कॉरपोरेशन और उप्र के पांचो विद्युत वितरण निगमों ने ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन को एक करोड़ 30 लाख 80 हजार रुपए का भुगतान किया है। संघर्ष समिति ने सवाल किया है कि एक ओर पावर कॉरपोरेशन प्रबंधन घाटे के नाम पर विद्युत वितरण निगमों के निजीकरण की दलील दे रहा है और दूसरी ओर एक निजी संस्था ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन को करोड़ों रुपए का चंदा दे रहा है, यह बहुत गम्भीर मामला है।
विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति, उप्र के केन्द्रीय पदाधिकारियों ने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी से मांग की है कि ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन के गठन से लेकर उप्र पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन और विद्युत वितरण निगमों द्वारा डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन को चंदा देने के मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जांच कराई जाय।साथ ही हितों के टकराव को देखते हुए उप्र पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन के चेयरमैन डॉ आशीष गोयल को निर्देश दिया जाय कि वे या ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन के महामंत्री का पद छोड़ दें या पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन के चेयरमैन के पद से उन्हें हटा दिया जाय।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन का गठन और चंदे की ऊपर से दिखाई दे रही रकम "टिप ऑफ द आईस बर्ग" है। संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण के पीछे मेगा घोटाला है। संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के ऊर्जा निगमों को बहुत बड़े घोटाले से बचाने के लिए पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम और दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम के निजीकरण का निर्णय तत्काल निरस्त किया जाय।
संघर्ष समिति ने यह आरोप पुनः लगाया है कि ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन विद्युत वितरण निगमों में समानांतर प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था का संचालन कर रही है और विद्युत वितरण निगमों के निजीकरण में पूरी मदद कर रही है।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन के गठन के पीछे देश के बड़े कॉर्पोरेट घरानों का हाथ है और इस एसोसिएशन का गठन विद्युत वितरण निगमों के निजीकरण हेतु किया गया है।आल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन के कोषाध्यक्ष पद पर इसीलिए निजी क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधि को नियुक्त किया गया है। इस एसोसिएशन में निजी क्षेत्र की कई विद्युत वितरण कंपनियां सम्मिलित हैं और उप्र सहित अन्य प्रांतों में निजीकरण हेतु दस्तावेज तैयार कराने में उनकी अहम भूमिका है।
संघर्ष समिति ने बताया कि उप्र पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन ने आल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन की सदस्यता लेने के लिये 10 लाख रुपए और 01.80 लाख रुपए जी एस टी मिलाकर 11.80 लाख रुपए का भुगतान किया है। इसके अतिरिक्त इनीशियल कॉन्ट्रिब्यूशन के रूप में 10 लाख रुपए का अलग भुगतान किया है।इस प्रकार उप्र पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन ने आल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन को कुल 21.80 लाख रुपए का भुगतान विगत 03 जून 2025 को किया।
उप्र पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन के निर्देश पर पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम,दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम,पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम,मध्यांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम और केस्को ने इसी प्रकार ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन को अलग-अलग 21 लाख 80 हजार रुपए का भुगतान 03 जून 2025 को किया है।
इस प्रकार उप्र पॉवर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड और उप्र के विद्युत वितरण निगमों ने कुल मिलाकर एक करोड़ 30 लाख 80 हजार रुपए का भुगतान ऑल इंडिया डिस्कॉम एसोशिएशन को किया।
संघर्ष समिति ने कहा है कि पावर कॉरपोरेशन यह बताये कि एक करोड़ तीस लाख अस्सी हजार रुपए के भुगतान हेतु पॉवर कारपोरेशन और विद्युत वितरण निगमों ने उप्र राज्य विद्युत नियामक आयोग से पूर्व अनुमति ली है या नहीं।और यदि अनुमति नहीं ली है तो इस चंदे की धनराशि को खर्च में जोड़कर उपभोक्ताओं पर भार डालने का आधार क्या है ? संघर्ष समिति ने कहा कि घाटे के नाम पर एक निजी संस्था को करोड़ों रुपए का चंदा देना और उसका बोझ आम उपभोक्ताओं पर डालना कितनी नैतिकता है?
