@UberIN_Support Did uber even question the driver about this issue? Does uber even have protocols for drivers regarding smoking, drinking and vehicle hygiene?
If so the driver was not adhering to any. If not then it's high time uber wakes up.

Its been 2 weeks, @Uber_Support didn't do the needful, no response, was blamed for completing the trip by giving OTP hence they can't do anything.

It has been truly #traumatic experience with you #Uber .

We called support again in a few mins and explained the situation again, she agreed the fair was not right and apologized for our traumatic experience.

She said she will do the needful and reimburse the amount.

On 9th aug, we booked an @Uber_India for 6 hrs to take my grandparents around in blr, the driver arrived and was high on weed or must have been smoking in the car, it smelt horrible, we tried to tolerate it but my old grandparents couldn't.
