@Pret@charliljones I love you Pret, but same here. 2/2 times this week. Have you changed your cups? My desk, notebook and cream jumper are now covered in coffee from a total cup-based disaster this morning ๐ญ
@waitrose your website says it's experiencing high traffic & won't let me log on. I have an hour to amend my order so my weekly shop doesn't consist of a bottle of expensive champagne. Can you help?!
@waitrose Thanks Jaz - but given I'm going to miss the midday cutoff can you please advise if I can cancel my order / you will extend the time available to amend it?
@jessbrammar Thank you for highlighting this Jess! I've been lucky as all my f2f appointments have gone ahead, albeit a bit lonely... but they're still treating partners as 'visitors' to the hospital when you need them most. Hoping it will ease ASAP.
โI guess itโs funny because you donโt get shitfaced on lager during a pedicure.โ Me on why treat pubs like they're more important than nail bars @TimesBusiness

It occurred to me that my school play roles of narrator and Saffy from Ab Fab show that I have clearly had a no-nonsense approach to life for the last 30 years.
This morning the lovely barista in @cocodimama_uk made my (free) coffee without me even needing to order & the lovely man in @TimpsonNews just fixed my belt for free. People are great. NOW I FEEL CHRISTMASSY GUYS โค๏ธ
If every editor did what James has, address readers who fall prey to FB & Twitter disinformation campaigns with facts, respect & warmth, our industry would be in better standing. It's devastating that for most, it wouldn't be possible bc of the scale & reach of disinformation.
