Today is the launch of our academic mentoring programme with @Sussexuni!

UG and PGT students taking part have been matched with a PhD mentor & the project will support students to develop their academic self-efficacy and study skills.

But does it work? Through @ucas_online we were able to track the uni applications of 500 Yr 12 students who took part in 2019/20.

🥳They found that 56% of Scholars progressed to a competitive uni after completing the programme.
