.my thesis: no govt service should require a private intermediary for citizens to access it. The moment a middleman is needed to simplify, accelerate/ unlock/ navigate access, it signals that the state's service infrastructure is broken/ poorly designed. SARS, CIPC, DFIs, etc 💪🏿
