Using @abhibusIN @ConfirmTKT for ease & then risking own safety, worth it? They don't inform you about anything at all. They will just take your money and then the helpline will just say random stuff like 'your feedback is noted'. Be Cautious.

Upon asking @abhibusIN via @ConfirmTKT they just said it is what it is. They are scamming passengers money while delivering mental agony and hassle and didn't even bother to apologise for what happened.
They were like "Aisa hi hota hai".

Anyone booking from @abhibusIN or @ConfirmTKT think twice. Especially with lady passenger. Think about the safety. What if the 2nd vehicle never arrived? What about passenger safety during 4-5 hours of standing on roadside in unknown places at night?

No one from @ConfirmTKT @abhibusIN informed us regarding this. They charge AC sleeper fees for the whole journey but half of it is in auto that too sitting with luggage . No info regarding the split travel or vehicle change or the alternate location. They just want money.

The Jeep dropped us off at Udamalpet, TN. All buses board from there to Bangalore for 500-600 RS in AC sleeper. But @abhibusIN @ConfirmTKT charge 1500-2000 RS for Munnar to Bangalore where they pickup from Munnar in shabby vehicles and drop you at random at night (5/5)

After frantically searching for 20 mins with our luggage and by help of some locals we boarded the bus, 3 hours of standing in the roadside in an unknown City where we don't even understand the language and in utter shock.

Finally the Bus driver picked up but he told us that we have to go to some parking lot 1 km away to board bus or he'll just leave. This, happening at 9pm while me and my female friend were standing for two hours in an unknown place and state.

3 hours of unimaginable travel later, the Jeep drops us at some random town in Tamilnadu & tells us to contact a number and some office and just leaves. The office was not even their office and the number aslo was unreachable. @abhibusIN @ConfirmTKT (3/5)

In 10 mins i rushed to hotel to pickup the luggage and upon reaching location found a broken jeep vehicle instead of a sleeper bus. The driver told us two parties will be sharing this vehicle and he will drop us to the point where bus will come. @ConfirmTKT @abhibusIN(2/5)

Why does the NBEMS helpline number cuts the call automatically after 10 minutes?
I tried calling like 5 times, every time queued at 34/35, waited 10 minutes till no 4 and suddenly disconnected.
