I wrote these down and showed them to him.

He read the list. He said nothing for a while.

Then he said, "That's all correct."

Then he said, "How is that all correct?"

I asked him to explain the rule.

He tried. He tried for four minutes. He kept starting sentences and abandoning them.

Then his wife walked in and he read her the list and she said, "Yeah, no, that's right."

He pointed at her.

He said, "She just did it."

She said, "Did what?"

I have shown this list to nineteen Americans.

All nineteen agree it is correct.

Zero can explain it.

Three have said "that's kind of scary."

One went quiet and then said, "How much of what I say is like this."

All of it.

Chris Hemsworth took a blood test as a stunt for a TV show. The results said he is 8 to 10 times more likely to develop Alzheimer's. Every workout he has posted since is a brain protection protocol disguised as a fitness video.

The test was for Limitless in 2022. The plan was to reveal his results on camera. Peter Attia, the longevity doctor running the bloodwork, saw two copies of the APOE4 gene, called the director, and refused to say it on film.

Two copies is rare, about 1 in 50 people. One copy is common: roughly 1 in 4 carry it, and most never find out because almost nobody tests.

So he rebuilt the routine. Less heavy lifting, more endurance and cardio, because cardiovascular fitness is one of the strongest levers an APOE4 carrier can pull against cognitive decline. He started learning an instrument with Ed Sheeran because new skill acquisition builds cognitive reserve. He added deliberate solitude because chronic stress accelerates the exact pathology he is racing.

His grandfather had Alzheimer's. He watched it happen. Then a camera crew handed him the genetic receipt.
