@sama Any possibility of tweaking gpt 5 and getting rid of the annoying "would you..?" Endings? Sometimes they get annoying or completely ruin what I already had planned for a task by suggesting something else. Just add back whatever flavour 4o had so it never asked those questions.

@Cutie0Lena I'm not knowledgeable about how their system works, but I'm not trying to say they shouldn't say anything. I tried to offer a perspective on this as someone who worked in the field. If that reached CS first you'll get a more generic email. Most email queries are handled by CS rep

they might not even work under infold directly. I never spoke with someone from the brand I was working for bc I was hired by a secondary intermediary providing CS services.
The updates would come through my team leader who was also just an ex CS agent with more experience

I worked as a CS rep in the past and I can say that we don't know a lot of these details. Our main task is to answer customers' queries.

If they receive a lot of emails I'm sure someone higher up is already handling it.

It's highly possible that the ppl working as CS reps don't know much about the game or care about it either, they only know enough info to handle the queries. And definitely they wouldn't know who the VA is or is not.
CS reps don't have all the info.

@xiagrl @Love_Deepspace Guys, as someone who worked in CS, that looks like a blurb/prompt type response that is used and adapted to different situations.
CS reps do not type emails from scratch and they most likely don't know the nitty-gritty of the company's stuff...

@messmerizing__ I worked in CS .... we can do that but what happens with the message afterwards and how long it takes to actually reach someone more important is not fixed. Not even supervisors or the team leader in charge of that group of ppl can't do shit a lot of the times.

@LoIsLoLove @k4zamii I had no idea she's problematic in that sense but I always found odd the fact MC/viewer was so slim and tiny compared to the guys. she even makes Rafayel and Xavier who are leaner bulky and buffy. I just thought she's into those body types and didn't want to change her MC style
