@TMFanSupport new low for you. Apparently I can now only buy good seats in pairs. Every floor seat is platinum but you cannot purchase one, even if you leave multiple adjacent seats in a row. Only nosebleeds and obstructed options available to solo concertgoers.
@ElvisCostello Would’ve loved to see this show on your stop here, but @ticketmaster is prohibiting single fans from buying anything but nosebleeds and obstructed seats, even when we are being careful to leave multiple seats on a row on good, close seats near the stage.
A new low for @Ticketmaster: Tried to purchase 1 ticket to @ElvisCostello. Only decent ones left are platinum. Made sure I left 2+ seat on the row, clicked add to cart, message says you must now purchase good seats in pairs. Single people can sit only in nosebleeds/obstructed. 🤬

Since then it’s been a combination of crickets and canned messages, saying once I’m there I’ll love my restricted view. 😡
@_m_o_n_c__@xmorrigan99@SphereVegas@U2 I was stuck there, despite @VibeePresents repeatedly promising my seat wouldn’t be there. Absolutely no response from them to fix this, despite contacting them for weeks. Absolutely the worst CS I’ve ever experienced. 😡
@SphereVegas Interestingly, @VibeePresents is now including in their @U2 marketing messaging that anyone purchasing their 100 level packages in 2024 will be guaranteed seats in front of the overhang (despite telling all of people stuck there in 2023 that the overhang isn’t an issue). 🤔
@SphereVegas In Sphere but an unrestricted view for my U2 show? Apparently it was too much to ask for with my purchase of a @VibeePresents package. Despite them swearing I wasn’t being seated in the overhang, my ticket and thousands of photos online say otherwise. Would appreciate assistance.
@kkane0911 @VibeePresents@U2@SphereVegas Same; that their canned response is just wait until you get the Sphere, you’ll see that this is excellent is unbelievable. It’s 2023, now that the venue is open we are seeing thousands of photos. We know what we’ve been stuck with for a premium experience.
@VibeePresents@u2 wish you’d provide an actual solution to the mess you’ve made. Saying my seats would not be in the affected overhang rows, only to end up there when the tickets finally hit my account is ridiculous. No response/sending canned responses isn’t the answer.

@aluft I’d appreciate assistance & answers re: obstructed views on the Vibee package I purchased. I was told repeatedly by Vibee that I did not have an obstructed view. Ticket has finally arrived and it is definitely in a severely affected row. Repeated emails to CS unanswered.
@FenixAmmunition@FedEx Fourth parcel this week for me delivered to wrong house (recurring shipments that have come to right address for over a year). Multiple cases opened with zero follow up. Tried flagging down the driver, too busy jamming to his phone/air pods.
@FedExHelp FedEx driver has now delivered 4 packages over the last three days to the WRONG ADDRESS. I keep filing cases and nothing comes of them. These are recurring orders that until this current driver never had a problem delivering correctly.
