@mirmehak895 Had Sheikh Abdullah not became the CM in 1975, Article 370 & 35-A would've been scrapped within the next 2 years. If god forbid the Jamiat-e-Islami came to power in 1987, the situation of Kashmir would've been worse than Syria although there was no rigging in those elections.
