Son los reyes de la neolengua:

1/ Si tomamos el dato como cierto, no existe ningún dato objetivo que confirme que ha tenido lugar "gracias a las políticas de este gobierno", no existe nexo causal y por tanto es una falacia.

2/ El uso de la media es un indicador engañoso que queda en evidencia si contrastamos esas cifras con las del propio INE.

La media es de 29.540 euros/año (que tampoco es nada del otro mundo teniendo en cuenta inflación), pero lo que realmente importa es la MEDIANA que es 24.000 euros/año o la MODA (salario más frecuente) que arroja una cifra aterradora de 16.500 euros/año.

Los Ábalos, los Koldos y los hermanísimos son los que inflan esta media, eso sí es "gracias a las políticas de este gobierno".

3/ Por el motivo que sea, a Petro no le interesa comparar la subida de los salarios con la subida de la vivienda, que ha subido mucho más.

Los años de sueldo necesarios para comprar una vivienda subieron a 7.1 y eso hace bajar el poder adquisitivo real.

"Gracias a las políticas de este gobierno", hay menos suelo, no hay libertad entre oferta y demanda y por tanto no hay autoregulación de precios. Los arrendadores tienen miedo a poner sus viviendas en alquiler debido a la inseguridad de los Okupas (también gracias a las políticas del gobierno), y no es un tema policial, es algo político. Si yo alquilo una segunda vivienda y puedo desokupar sin cometer ningún ilícito penal en forma de coacción, entonces eso me incentivará a hacerlo, pero si sé que voy a tener problemas, eso hará que prefiera comprarme una buena cerradura, instalar unas cámaras y tenerla cerrada. Eso reduce la oferta y encarece la demanda.

En fin... tonterías que cualquiera puede desacreditar con media neurona.
