@MPPoliceDeptt @HeroMotoCorp I had the HSRP installed at my bike from Hero agency, but it still hasn't been updated on the RTO portal. Because of this, I'm unable to sell my bike. The Hero dealer mentioned that they updated it from their side a few months ago.

My mistake was just that I ordered myself the HSRP instead of reaching a broker or the @HeroMotoCorp agency.

@HeroMotoCorp @MPPoliceDeptt Hey @DainikBhaskar team see how unresponsive they are, I completed my duty of getting the HSRP fixed in my bike but their portal is still showing that my bike doesn't have HSRP and it's been a few months since I got the fixed. @drmjabalpur

@HeroMotoCorp @MPPoliceDeptt Please help me, because I am not able to get the PUC also because it's not showing in yours parivahan database that I have HSRP fitted, I went to Jabalpur RTO they said go to the agency, agency said everything is updated from our side go to RTO.

@MORTHIndia My bike has had an HSRP number plate since last year, but the Parivahan website still shows that it doesn't have HSRP. The dealer says I need to purchase it again, while Rosmerta says the update has been made from their side. This situation seems unfair. @rosmertatech
