Hey @celliottability, when @LucilleCollard proposed Bill 108 ensuring equal access to SAEK kits she was discussing survivors rights and equal access to justice....not workplace sexual harassment. Over one year ago we sent @fordnation the Silenced Report. We received no response.

Believe it or not, this is a global issue. Do a search for yourself & see if rape kits (SAEKs) are available in every hospital in your city, province/state, & country.

Toronto has only 3 sites where SAEKs are available. None of which are in the north west quadrant of the city.

Yesterday, I presented Bill 108 to guarantee that every hospital have 10 sexual assault evidence kits on hand for free at all times. I asked the government if they would support this.
