@HaierIndia Our TV had a black screen issue and was under AMC. Your technician picked up the TV on 18-05-2026 and later informed us that there was a display problem and it would take time to repair. Since then, we have received no proper response or update. Pls help @nch1915

My TV (Model: LE32K6600GA) was picked up on 18-05-2026 for a black screen issue under Work Order No. GU20260518000861, but till now there is:
* No proper repair update
* No written diagnosis
* No delivery timeline
