An agent deploys to resolve setup issues on the codebase, run a minimal reproduction, and estimate full replication cost. Read more below
Iβve found the AI hardware market easier to understand by following the memory bottleneck across the stack. On chips, inference engines, KV Cache, and (some) more

Software has interpreters and tests. Mathematics has formal verifiers. Self-driving labs have instruments that run and measure experiments without a human in the room. Physical autonomy has been missing that substrate...until now!
Great work @AlexLangshur and @antiochrobotics
Just wrote up a blog post with our latest thinking on where Antioch is heading.
The core idea: building in robotics and physical autonomy is still bottlenecked by how slowly we can generate, test, and refine ideas. Other engineering fields have broken through that bottleneck by acquiring a substrate an agent can drive and a feedback signal it can trust. Software has interpreters and tests. Math has formal verifiers.
Robotics is the last large field where that loop hasn't closed, and we think high-fidelity simulation is the unlock. The result: a substrate that lets agents autonomously develop and reason about real-world machines. Build digital twins, calibrate sensors, write autonomy code, evaluate VLAs, and much more.
