@flyethiopian I am requesting an immediate and final update on the status of my luggage. If the bag cannot be located within the next [48-72] hours, I expect a formal statement regarding the loss and a clear outline of the compensation process for my missing items and the resulting travel

@flyethiopian As a passenger, I entrusted Ethiopian Airlines with my possessions, and I do not deserve to be treated with such apparent indifference. The lack of proactive communication and the failure to locate my bag after this amount of time is a serious lapse in service.

@flyethiopian This situation has caused me significant distress and financial loss. I had travel plans scheduled for a few days after my arrival on the 17th, which I was forced to cancel due to the absence of my belongings and the ongoing uncertainty surrounding this situation.

@flyethiopian However, I have received no tangible updates or positive news. I am repeatedly told that the bag is being "traced at the North Terminal in Jeddah," but after nearly three weeks, this lack of definitive information is unacceptable.

@flyethiopian Despite providing all necessary documentation and information to your team, I have spent the last several weeks repeatedly visiting both the airport and your office at Ado Bayero Mall. I have even escalated this matter to the Kano Manager.

@flyethiopian I was able to collect one of my bags the following day, April 18, my second piece of checked luggage remains missing.
