I officially graduated as the Valedictorian of my set.
But more importantly, I broke a ceiling: I am the First-Ever First Class Graduate in the history of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering.

honestly, it comes down to balance and priorities.
iโve been in that position for years trying to juggle engineering school, web3, content, community work and still make time for myself.
for me personally:
- i worked with Zeus Network
- helped build communities around Arcium
- handled discord/community operations
- joined meetings, hosted spaces, wrote content
- while still dealing with final year engineering and life outside crypto
it was demanding, but i realized something:
youโre not actually productive for 24 hours a day.
most people realistically have maybe 10โ14 useful hours daily, so the goal is learning how to allocate those hours properly.
one thing that helped me a lot was stopping the obsession with โwork 24/7โ.
rest matters.
sleep matters.
your health matters.
without that, you burn out fast.
another thing:
rigid timetables rarely worked for me because life constantly changes.
instead, i focused more on a flexible schedule with clear priorities.
if you have lectures during the day:
- use breaks to save articles/posts/content ideas
- be more active in web3 during evenings
- batch your research/content when possible
make time for:
- your studies
- your health/gym
- your rest
- and your work
you wonโt balance it perfectly every day, but over time you learn how to adapt.
if you genuinely want it enough, youโll eventually find a rhythm that works for you.
1/10 I'm Morgan, and 6 months ago I stumbled upon Cardano through CATS. As someone who loves systems, I found the tech beautiful and the community welcoming, and I decided to stay and build.
9/10 I also understand that I am relatively new to the community, so I might not be completely right in my observation. I will deeply appreciate your remarks, counter-arguments, and criticism.
