interesting stuff but biggest concern for me is the very small sample size and the amount of variables not accounted for. seems detectors may be better than complete random chance but they still have a false positive rate that is too unsafe rn

Detectors find the most false positives with academic and professional writing. It is rarer for a piece of creative writing to be marked as generated, since creative writing follows a much less rigid structure.
