@FanaticsSupport I placed an order on the 14th September and it’s been processing ever since? Any idea where my order is?

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@BootsHelp I went down to the store to find out more and it turns out the driver wasn’t booking in the parcel so I wouldnt have got a notification to say it was there. I’ve collected it now thank you

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@BootsHelp My click and collect order says delivered online but I haven’t had any email/text to say it’s ready to collect. I just want to know if it actually is in store. Thanks

@Hermesparcels my tracking for my parcel went from on its way to you back to at the hub? And saying it’s last update was from the 6/11/21? Any idea where it is?

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@beautybayhelp I’ve sent you a Dm regarding an order of mine

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@Emmall97 @beautybayhelp Unfortunately not! Sent them a dm as they requested and haven’t heard anything since👎 that was about 3hours ago now!

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@beautybayhelp hi I’m using your app and it seems there are two prices being displayed for an item I’m trying to purchase. When I add it to my bag I’m being sold it at the higher price?

Sean Lock; A brilliant comedian, obviously, but just a genuinely hilarious guy too and one of the soundest guys in comedy, from when I first started to when we last had a laugh together. Very sad news.

@parcelforce All done

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@parcelforce my parcel was just out for delivery and now all of a sudden is back at the depot claiming the addresse has requested a new delivery address? Can you explain?

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

And I was also tracking the delivery driver up to a certain point and then all of a sudden it stopped and said I had requested a new delivery address even though I haven’t

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@nsandihelp Thank you!

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@nsandihelp I believe I’ve cashed in my premium bonds instead of cashing in my prizes but every time I checked my prize history nothing comes up but when I check on the app it does says I have 2 unclaimed prizes?

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@nsandihelp That’s great thank you

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@nsandihelp if I cash the total amount of my prizes will my account close completely or are my numbers still valid?

[Sophie Thomas @_sophiethomas_]

@nsandihelp Yes I am
