I think you’re trying to fit the square peg of your 5 out agenda into the round hole of the actual issues.

@xavierjdesigns @KDanishefsky Not with how that game transpired but for next time I think sorting the issue of conceding offensive rebound -> open 3 is much higher up priority list than spacing

They had an open lane on a bunch of possessions. Shot an insanely 66% inside the arc. Spacing wasn’t a major issue

@xavierjdesigns @KDanishefsky Brunson & KAT (better shooters than Deuce), put up a combined 4 3PAs. The three point volume was a concern but not getting stops (and therefore rebounds) was the biggest issue for getting back into the game, what’s more just going 5 out doesn’t magically mean your 3PAr spikes

@DJAceNBA It’s hardly like last year was a career year in terms of 3 point volume for him though. He’s had seasons at the 5 where he’s put up a greater volume
