Uppal has Metro, amoles bus connectivity (Bus depot ) and ofcourse new flyover.

We hardly have 1 or 2 bus services and No Metro.

@HydREGuide You have not mentioned one of the largest Villa community, Mayfair Visista.
It is 650+ villas with ample outer spacing with 330 sq yards each. Great landscaping. Villas come with less carpet area (2400) but ticks many boxes especially price 3-3.5cr ( resale) and tranquility.
