@AsdaServiceTeam my husband did a 15 mile round trip to collect an order today - a Xmas present our son really wanted, I’ve just unboxed it to wrap for the morning and it’s a Harry Potter storage box (what I ordered) with a peppa pig lid! So gutted 😭 😢😢😢

@matalan .. order had just been delivered and you’ve only sent me one thing! So on top of the 3 items you’re now saying I can’t have and will be refunded for, I am missing another 2. You can’t keep messing about with peoples money and expectations, it’s poor customer service ☹️
