@qatarairways nearly charged me $2.4k for a suitcase which @VirginAustralia said was included on a recorded 59min phone call. The QA staff brought the charge down to a still whopping $1957-more than my full fare. The math is not mathing can you pls explain QA? @NSWFairTrade
