Not because you think you have to or that you should because last night you had margaritas, chips and queso.
If you go out to eat this weekend, have a few drinks, or sleep in:
You aren’t falling off track and you don’t have to consider it splurging.

When we go to Costco I find myself asking questions that I don’t ask in any other store.
“Will we live long enough to use all these paper towels?”
“We just needed a few groceries...why are we leaving with a kayak?”
ME: Flight takes off at 4:10PM. Probs board at 3:30PM.
Security plus lunch ~1.5hrs
Drive to airport, traffic, parking, shuttle ~2hrs
So after all that and giving ourselves a little extra time, let’s leave no later than 9:30AM. Sound good?

Hey girl. It’s okay to sleep for 12 hours...2 days in a row. It’s okay to lay around the house all day. Give your body the rest and sleep it needs. Be lazy. Take care of yourself.
