Just back from a family trip to Florida, no time to spend birding but still managed to see this lot!

Downy Woodpecker
Mourning Dove
Mottled Duck
Anhinga
White Ibis
Northern Cardinal
Great Blue Heron
Palm Warbler
Black Vulture
Spotted Whistling Duck
Gray Kingbird
@Haze_Outdoors As much as I've enjoyed watching your heatwave yomps, I am looking forward to a more relaxed autumnal vibe to your offerings as you return to the woods, sleeping under rocks with Joey D like a pair of Fragles (meant in the nicest way possible!)
Heron's at the harbour this morning amongst the Waders & Gulls before sunrise, even a Little Egret hiding on the breakwater behind the boats

Just over 2 litres of Elderberry Winter Tonic made just in time for cold & flu season, it is believed to be
β’ Anti-viral.
β’Packed full of antioxidants.
β’A tonic for the immune system.
β’Anti-rheumatic.
β’Anti-inflammatory.
β’A diuretic.

Today I was finally able to purchase some new binos after dropping & damaging my old ones 3 months ago.
More expensive than the last pair but the upgrade was definitely worth it.
An enjoyable 7 mile hike in the Carneddau mountains yesterday with my 2 sons. No electronic devices, no WiFi, just some quality time in the great outdoors #hiking#mountains#Carneddau#Eryri
Really pleased to have seen my first Black Grouse in 10 years! All thanks to the Red Kite and Kestrel hunting overhead that spooked it and flushed it out from cover in the Carneddau mountains ππ»
I found this moth sat on my shoulder earlier as I was about to get into the car, I helped it to a safe place and it flew straight back to my shoulder! I believe its a Common Swift, am I right??
