@jessperate One thing I stand by is avoiding the temptation of looking ~everywhere~ for inspiration early on.

Find like 5-10 people whose work is outstanding and try to understand WHY it’s so good so often, instead of just endlessly scrolling inspo sites looking at pretty things.

@johnroescher Lydia had a similar situation last week. Employee was out, had an AI attend the meeting for them to summarize, but didn’t tell anyone. This AI popped up in the meeting and everyone got freaked out and started a new call.
